About Krillion Unlimited

Krillion Unlimited is a free trivia game built on one idea: the rare answer wins. Every prompt has many correct answers, and each one is scored by how few players think of it. A famous answer earns 10 points. An answer almost nobody finds earns 100, and points turn into depth at 10 metres a point.

The game has three ways to play:

The games

Krillion Unlimited is the solo dive on the home page: 7 prompts, 25 seconds each, a fresh set every dive. There is no daily game and no lock. Play one dive or fifty.

Themed packs keep one subject for a whole chapter: Krillion Geography, Krillion Movies and Krillion Sports. Each pack is a journey of chapters across its own map.

Puffer Party is the multiplayer game: up to six players at a table, rare answers earn hearts, and common answers feed you to the puffer.

How it is graded

The question bank holds 1,026 prompts and more than 35,000 accepted answers, each graded by hand into six rarity tiers: Plankton, Too Clever, Schooler, Rare, Deep Cut and Deepest. Common spellings and recognised alternative names count as aliases, so a right answer is not lost to a stray accent. Players can suggest missing answers from the results screen, and accepted suggestions join the bank with a grade.

Free means free

The whole game is free. There is no daily limit, no paywall and no paid tier. Progress saves in your browser, and a free account carries it across devices. An in-game shop spends only the tokens the game itself awards for playing.

Independent
